Texas Privacy Policy

INBOUND INSIGHT, LLC ("Company," "us," or "we") values your trust and is committed to the responsible management, use, and protection of personal information. This Texas Privacy Policy supplements and amends the information contained in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of Texas ("consumers" or "you"). We adopt this Policy, which describes our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information, including personal information you submit or we obtain when you access the Company website or websites, apps, or other online media under our operation and control (collectively, the "Site"), to comply with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (Chapter 541 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code). Nothing herein may be construed as creating any obligations for us beyond what is required by the law. Please read this Policy carefully.

Your Texas Privacy Rights

If you are a Texas resident, you have the following rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (Chapter 541 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code):

• Right to Confirm and Access: Confirm whether we process your personal data and access that data.
• Right to Correct: Request that we correct inaccuracies in your personal data.
• Right to Delete: Request that we delete personal data we have collected about you (subject to certain exceptions).
• Right to Data Portability: Obtain a copy of the personal data you previously provided to us in a portable, readily usable format (to the extent technically feasible).
• Right to Opt Out: Opt out of the processing of your personal data for (i) targeted advertising, (ii) the sale of personal data, or (iii) profiling in furtherance of a decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect concerning you.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

How to Submit a Request / Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of the rights above, please submit a request using one of the methods below. Please include:

• Your full name
• Email address and/or mailing address associated with our records
• A clear description of the right(s) you wish to exercise
• Any other information that will help us locate and verify your identity

Privacy Request Submission Methods

You may use either an online form or an email to submit your request:

We will not require you to create a new account solely to submit a request, though we may ask you to use an existing account if you have one.

Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising, Sale of Personal Data, or Profiling

You may opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or certain profiling by:

• Submitting a request through the methods listed above and clearly stating "Opt-Out of Sale / Targeted Advertising / Profiling";
• Using our online preference/opt-out form here; or
• Enabling a recognized universal opt-out signal (such as Global Privacy Control) in your browser or device, which we will honor for applicable opt-outs to the extent required by law.

Authorized agents may submit opt-out requests on your behalf. We will process valid agent requests after verifying the agent's authority and your identity with commercially reasonable efforts.

What Happens After You Submit a Request

We will verify your identity before fulfilling most requests. We respond to authenticated requests within 45 days of receipt (or notify you if we need an additional 45-day extension due to complexity or volume). Responses are generally free of charge up to twice per year per consumer.

Appeals

If we decline to act on your request, we will explain the reason and provide instructions on how to appeal. You may appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Appeal of Privacy Request." We will respond to appeals in writing within 60 days. If your appeal is denied, we will inform you of your right to contact the Texas Attorney General.
